Foundation Building Services estimate success

Mr and Mrs Riddle of 8 bradshore close Fair oak. Have asked foundation building services to quote for the refurbishing work to the above property. This would intel the complete removal of side garage and the underpinning of the boundary wall. An extension is to be built on the side of the property to create an extra Bedroom with ensuite and a utility. The rest of the house is to be completely refurbished including new services, replastering to walls and ceilings, new electrics, kitchen, and new Bathroom.
On Friday 12th November contracts were opened and the successful applicant contacted. Foundation Building Services have secured the contract for £57,0000. A meeting has been set up for Thursday 18th November to agree start and completion dates.......
