FBS's Architects can use the latest available technologies in their daily activities. Your designs can be prepared on a CAD platform that has been adapted to best service all aspects of architectural design and drafting. This then allows us to produce a comprehensive model of your home which can be viewed at any angle to allow you to visualise the end product before it is built. This is an invaluable tool which has enhanced the entire design process. We constantly strive to deliver the highest standard in design innovation and function, as well as ensuring your project is delivered on budget. Our fully integrated software will also at a click of a button produce a full 21 page ESTIMATE. The estimate is made up of our up to the minute price's which are also linked to the software and not only will it produce the total price, it will give a full breakdown of materials and labour, "enough to impress anyone".
Once we have produced your drawings we can also carry out any calculations needed for steel work or structural elevations, using our in house structural engineers, making the drawings ready for Building Regulations Approval. The calculations will be included in the overall package ready for your local Council and of course this will all be priced and allowed for automatically within our software and included in your estimate!
When planning and building regulations are completed and passed we will then be ready "To Build It".
